Michael was such a professional and did an outstanding job in mounting our TV on the wall. He explained everything he was doing and completed the work timely. He told us what sensor we needed should our controller not get a signal to our Comcast cable box. It turns out we did not need the sensor and the TV works and looks great on our wall. We would recommend his services to everyone.

TechSmart 7 really gets the job done. I needed 4 cameras for my house and each one was set to be viewed from my computer as clear as day. They neatly set these cameras up so no wires are showing as well which keeps it looking neat. Your service was greatly appreciated. Thanks Mike!

I would like to thank Michael the tech at Techsmart7 , I had him install my forty in TV in my living room. He was on time, big plus in my eyes. In less than one and a half hours I was enjoying my flat screen, no wires, no problem. I would hire his company for my next install, thank you again.

Recently relocated from Boston to sunny Walnut Creek CA. Moving and getting settled in can be a daunting task as many of you are aware. I was in need of two flat screens to be professionally mounted and all the wires phised down through the wall. Through Thumbtack, I received several quotes quickly, each ranging in price. Once I received the quotes, I called each point of contact to get a feel for their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate my schedule. I decided on TechSmart7 because Michael Oneal was a straight shooter and excited to have my business. He was among the more expensive options, however I learned long ago that you get what you pay for. He confirmed a schedule, arrived on time and kept me updated throughout his day on his status. He and his associate, Ray were pleasant and efficient in their work. Mike and Ray were respectful of our belonging and went above and beyond to clean in and around their working area. I would highly recommend TS7, Mike was a class act and worth every penny!!

I am very happy with the work that was done at my home.
I had two tv's mounted with no wires showing at all which is exactly what I wanted. I also wanted a movie theater feel and Ts7 provided that with installing surround sound. I had the representative also install speakers so I could have sound through out my house. TechSmart7was very professional and detailed in answering all of my questions.

Michael came by my house last night at 6 which was the time we agreed on so I very much appreciated showing up on time which is sometimes hard to come by these days for when you hire home repair. Michael is very knowledgeable in regards to mounting tv's, I would definitely hire him again.

the installation was poor! did not inform me prior before mounting the tv! cords were to short so in lieu of moving the tv position on the wall he put two large holes in odd areas of my wall! either should have extended the cords or moved tv position! he stated he would come back out but he would charge! he also charged more than he stated. i would no recommend this company!

I am responding to you in hopes to reprimand your unfortunate situation as well as explain to my future customers that if anything goes wrong, as a professional I do my best to make every situation right. Ginger, I have reached out to you and explained there would be no additional charge for me to double check all of my wiring was set up correctly and I have not received a response from you.
When I came into your home and assessed the project prior to the TV mounting, I made sure to communicate all procedures before hand to make sure you knew exactly where the incisions in the wall would be made, and all wiring routes.
If you are continuing to have connectivity issues, I would love to hear from you so that I can again, make sure everything was done correctly on my part.

This was my first experience with thumbtack. I hired Michael and TS7 to mount my 70inch tv on the wall using a cheetah mount and hook all the components including surround sound he was very easy to deal with and made sure the job was done right. he is a true professional with courtesy that will do the job right!!!
